Anton and Dimitri removed and replaced trim boards around the windows, corner boards, hardi-plank siding, custom trim around the half window, and painted all the newly installed parts. They removed all the old caulking with perfection and used the best caulking material that will last for years. The work was done very custom and looks better than the original builder. They also spotted imperfections or areas of concern that may need repair. They were very thorough and very easy to work with. Always kept the grounds clean and neat at the end of the day too.

I hired Duluth Construction To complete 2 projects(jobs) (1) to remove and replace existing exterior french door (2)bathtub removal and shower install. I hired Duluth Construction to replace a window in a dormer with vinyl siding. To say they did a great job is an understatement. They were able to remove the vinyl siding around the window, weatherize the opening, and put the new window in as if they were never there. Other contractors I’ve talked to wanted to cut the nailing flange off the existing window to remove it, and then cut the flange off the new window and just caulk it in place. Anton and Dmitriy went above and beyond to make sure the house was protected for years to come. I will certainly be calling them next time I need a window replaced.
